MFHealth is a family operated business based in and with a primary focus in the North East of England. We provide various services around Sports and Deep Tissue massage as well as other Health and Safety training courses.

We have many customers from a wide variety of professional backgrounds who enjoy and significantly benefit from the services we offer. As well as working with referee academies across the North East to assist in their physical wellbeing MFHealth has treated a number of Championship referees (including Scott Duncan and Seb Stockbridge) who have undertaken a course of regular full body sports massages.

MFHealth also provides onsite training courses and wellbeing days for companies large and small. Whilst based in the North east of England the team are mobile and willing to travel to offer our services further afield.

The courses we offer are:

• Emergency First Aid
• Paediatric First Aid (ofsted approved)
• Automated External Defibrillator First Aid
• Manual Handling

All of these courses are fully certificated and approved by the HSE and the FAIB. (Health & Safety Executive and First Aid Industry Body).

Our courses are available for businesses as well as to the general public.
